Pur Comfort ISO Class 5 Certified Anti-Fatigue Mats
Available Colors See PricingDeveloped to prevent fatigue in controlled environments, Pur-Comfort is certified for use in ISO Class 5 Clean Rooms. This unique and incredibly comfortable anti-fatigue mat is a 100% premium molded urethane.
• More resilient than other compounds on the market, it provides an exceptionally high-level of long-term performance and comfort.
• In addition, it has been tested for Dynamic Headspace outgassing and Extractable Non-volatile residue. Pur-Comfort passes with a low level of total organics.
• For critical environments where static is an issue, Pur-Comfort will drain the electro-static discharge at a dissipative level. The surface (RTT) and volume resistance (RTG) = 1 x 107 ohms to 1 x 108 ohms.
• This mat must be grounded (use our 15’ ground cord), and employees must either wear Heel Grounders or shoes with conductive soles. A grounding snap is attached to lower left hand corner of each mat. And for maximum effectiveness, keep the surface clean.
• Packaged for immediate use, each mat is double bagged, cleaned and certified ISO Class 5 Clean Room ready.
• To clean, simply wipe down with a pre-moistened alcohol-based clean room wipe. Pur-Comfort can also be autoclaved (275oF for 20 minutes at 15 psi) and gamma sterilized.
